About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities In this role you will be: Performing echocardiography studies on outpatient, adults over the age of 18. Exercising independent judgment in emergency situations.

Requirements

• EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited sonography/echocardiography program
• LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Registered or registry-eligible as a diagnostic medical sonographer or diagnostic cardiac sonographer required
• BLS certification required or obtained within 1 month of hire

Nice To Haves

• EXPERIENCE: Training and clinical experience in the different modalities of echocardiography including transthoracic, exercise stress, and stress echocardiography preferred
