About The Position

Auxiliary Services is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support students and partner with dining teams to create a safe, inclusive dining program. This role is focused on directly impacting student well-being by helping students navigate nutrition, dietary needs, and healthy choices in a supportive campus environment. The position is full-time and on-site with a potential for one day per week remote work, offering a hands-on, collaborative, and team-focused culture.

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN)
  • 2–3 years of experience
  • Experience in nutrition counseling or education

Nice To Haves

  • Higher education or foodservice experience
  • Knowledge of allergen management and HACCP
  • Menu development or nutrition analysis experience
  • Experience training staff and working with diverse populations

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one nutrition support, including food allergy guidance
  • Collaborate on menus and ensure accurate nutrition information
  • Train staff on allergen safety and best practices
  • Maintain food allergy policies and procedures
  • Support menu innovation (vegetarian, vegan, wellness)
  • Promote healthy eating initiatives across campus
