About The Position
Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team. This opportunity is serving our long-term care community located in Tucker, GA for 16-37 hours/week. Enjoy a flexible schedule and excellent pay! Nutrition that Works, LLC has provided Registered Dietitian services to healthcare communities for over 15 years.
Requirements
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) through the CDR
- Licensed in Georgia (must be active prior to start date)
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
Responsibilities
- Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
- Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team and food service team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings
- Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
- Completing MDS - Section K
- Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA
