Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program.
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Active Indiana state license (required).
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (preferred).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Competency in electronic charting systems.
Familiarity with state and federal nutrition care regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans based on patients’ medical needs, cultural preferences, and goals.
Provide education and counseling on nutrition, chronic disease management, and healthy eating habits.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed based on progress and outcomes.
Document care provided according to facility and company policies.
Perform administrative and organizational duties as required.
