POSITION PURPOSE The Registered Dietitian (RD) provides clinical nutrition services, including nutrition assessment, modified diet formulation, self-manage training, and nutrition intervention to members. As the RD, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks which includes, but are not limited to, improving the quality of life and health literacy of members, promoting effective healthcare utilization, and monitoring healthcare resources to achieve optimal outcomes for members. The RD assists in the coordination of care and services of selected member populations across the continuum of illness and promotes the effective utilization of healthcare resources to ensure member satisfaction and quality care. This position operates in a remote capacity with normal work hours, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p.
