About The Position
Registered Dietitian – Part-Time | Woodstock, VA Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a registered dietitian to support a 88-bed long-term care facility in Woodstock, VA - 8 hours/week onsite work. Requirements
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the CDR
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
Nice To Haves
- LTC and MDS experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
- Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team and food service team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings
- Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
- Completing MDS - Section K
- Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA
