About The Position

Join our team as a Clinical Dietitian. In this role, develop and manage nutritional care programs to enhance the quality of life for Erickson Community residents. Ensure compliance with all regulations and support dining operations in Continuing Care. Requirements

  • Licensed Dietitian and Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Knowledge of and ability to utilize clinical and administrative dietetics including issues in persons with terminal illness.
  • Computer practical understanding (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and ability to learn more programs.
  • Flexible with schedule.
  • Experience and passion working with the geriatric population.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in health care food service management and clinical nutrition preferred.
  • At least one year of management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the resident nutritional needs are met and documented to fulfill the requirements of all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Plan and monitor Continuing Care Residents' nutritional programs.
  • Assist in the supervision of the overall efficiency of the dining room, room service operations, and staff.
  • Assist in the supervision, evaluation, training, and disciplining of the dining staff.
  • Provide nutritional in-service education to both staff and residents.
  • Manage and train team members.
