Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team. This opportunity is serving an acute care facility located in Suffolk, VA for 8-16 hours/week. Requirements
- Credentialed by the CDR
- Client centered
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Completing clinical nutrition assessments
- Documentation with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteral and TPN feedings
