What Makes This Role Different You'll have a real seat at the table - partnering with Culinary and Nursing to make nutrition both clinically sound and genuinely enjoyable. We don't just focus on compliance...we focus on people first. This role allows you to spend your time where your expertise matters most: clinical nutrition care and resident outcomes - not managing kitchen operations or day-to-day dining service. You'll collaborate closely with our Culinary Leadership Team, including the Culinary Manager and Dining Experience Manager, and you'll be supported by two part-time RDs.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with active licensure
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to laugh, have fun, and serve our residents and patients above all else!
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred
