About The Position

We are currently hiring for a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition and management support for our dietary department. The ideal candidate is a highly competent and efficient professional with experience in geriatric care and skilled nursing facilities.

Requirements

• Current and valid state Registered Dietitian (RD) license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dietary Supervisor in the administrative and clinical management of the dietary department.
• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments, including monitoring significant weight changes and lab values.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized nutritional care plans for residents.
• Provide regular dietary recommendations and consult with physicians and the interdisciplinary team as needed.
• Design and deliver education and orientation services for dietary staff.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and facility policies related to nutrition and dining.
