You'll find our Administrator working side by side with our staff in his scrubs- promoting teamwork by truly being part of the team! Located just 20 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Greenville, S.C. Requirements
- Food and Nutrition degree
- Completion of an accredited internship
- 1-year experience in a clinical care setting
- Experience with the dietary portion of MDS assessments on residents
Responsibilities
- Complete nutritional initial, quarterly, annual and significant change reviews on residents according to federal and state guidelines.
- Assist in coordination of nutrition care services with Dietary Supervisor.
- Complete nutritional reviews monthly on high-risk residents (significant weight loss/gain, pressure ulcer, hemodialysis, and tube fed).
