About The Position

DiningRD is actively seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian in a consulting role for skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health. This position is available for both part-time and full-time candidates. The role involves improving the lives of seniors and working with a company that values and respects its employees.

Requirements

• Must have NDTR/RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Licensed (if required by State)
• 2 years of consulting/long term care is preferred
• Demonstrate ability to meet core values (Customer Centric, Adaptive to Change, Passionate, Understanding of Others)

Responsibilities

• Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
• Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems
• Participation in the care planning process
• Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team
• Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food
