About The Position

DiningRD is actively seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian in a consulting role for skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health. This position requires a minimum of 32 hours/week of onsite visits of 8 hours each day in Joplin, Webb City, Carthage, and Springfield, MO with additional remote hours as needed. Requirements

• NDTR/RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Licensed (if required by State)
• 2 years of consulting/long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors
• Demonstrate ability to meet core values (Customer Centric, Adaptive to Change, Passionate, Understanding of Others)

Responsibilities

• Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
• Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems
• Participation in the care planning process
• Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team
• Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food
