About The Position

DaVita has an opening for a Registered Dietitian who will be a vital member of each patient’s care team. You will interpret lab results and educate patients—and their families—on dietary needs. Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months professional experience as a Registered Dietitian in a clinical nutrition setting required.
• State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required.
• Flexibility to work across multiple facilities and travel as needed.
• Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required after hire and training.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.

• Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that values trust, positivity, and partnership.
• Interpret lab results and educate patients and their families on dietary needs.
