This position is full time with no evenings or weekends required! Our Dietitian will enjoy a hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Requirements
- 1-3 years of acute care or mental health and Registered Dietitian experience.
- Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
- Basic Functional Experience - Meets eligibility requirements for certification as a Registered Dietitian
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Calculate nutritional needs, establish goals, and implement medical nutrition therapy for patients based on their overall nutritional status.
- Establish effective strategies to implement innovative programs which lead to optimal clinical nutrition and positive financial outcomes
- Comply with regulatory standards – both Federal and State and accrediting agencies adhering to confidentiality, HIPPA regulations, residents’ right policies and Joint Commission regulations.
- Collaborate with IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) to provide quality nutrition and culinary program
- Review menu cycle for nutrient analysis and diet consistencies
- Supports quality assurance initiatives in the kitchen
- Implement Health & Wellness initiatives
