About The Position

RD Nutrition Consultants, LLC is seeking experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) to join our growing telehealth team providing nationwide nutrition and weight management counseling. This 100% remote position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control over your work–life balance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field (accredited program).
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient, telehealth, or weight management settings.
• Strong communication and motivational counseling skills.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications or training in weight management, motivational interviewing, or behavior change counseling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) focused on sustainable weight management and long-term behavior change.
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess nutrition needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Educate clients using evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust care plans for continued success.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
