About The Position

RD Nutrition Consultants, LLC is seeking experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) to join our growing telehealth team providing nationwide nutrition and weight management counseling. This 100% remote position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control over your work–life balance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field from an accredited program.
• Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outpatient, telehealth, or weight management settings.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based weight management and nutrition counseling.
• Excellent communication, motivational interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with telehealth technology and EHR documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Additional certifications (e.g., weight management, behavior change, motivational interviewing) are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) focused on weight management and lifestyle change.
• Conduct virtual consultations and develop personalized nutrition care plans.
• Educate clients on behavior change strategies and long-term healthy habits.
• Monitor client progress, adjust plans as needed, and document in EHR systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Maintain professional standards and compliance with ethical guidelines.
