We specialize in helping adults (primarily 50+) move better, feel better, and live longer—without relying on medications, surgeries, or cookie-cutter care. Our model is different: No insurance-driven care No assembly-line medicine No 10-minute appointments Instead, we deliver a fully integrated approach: Physical training (movement, strength, mobility) Regenerative therapies (EMTT, Shockwave, Stimpod) Longevity & metabolic optimization Nutrition + gut health + functional strategies Everything works together. And that’s where you come in. The Opportunity We’re looking for a Registered Dietitian or Certified Nutritionist who wants to step into a more impactful role. This is not just counseling. You’ll be a key part of helping our clients: Heal their gut Improve energy and mental clarity Optimize sleep and recovery Reduce inflammation and autoimmune symptoms Understand their blood work on a deeper level Finally connect the dots between nutrition, movement, and longevity You’ll work side-by-side with: Certified Movement Coaches (movement & performance) A Physician Assistant (medical oversight) A team focused on real outcomes—not just recommendations What You’ll Actually Do Conduct in-depth nutrition and lifestyle assessments Review and interpret lab work and biomarkers Build customized, real-world nutrition strategies (not generic meal plans) Recommend and guide targeted supplementation protocols Help clients address: Gut dysfunction Brain fog Energy crashes Poor sleep Inflammation / autoimmune concerns Weight Management Insulin Resistance Deliver both in-person and virtual consultations Collaborate with our team to create fully integrated care plans Follow up with clients to ensure real progress (not just compliance) Educate clients and occasionally present to local groups/community events Who This Is Perfect For You’re probably a great fit if: You’re a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or equivalent You’re curious beyond traditional nutrition You’re interested in (or already trained in): Functional medicine Gut health Supplementation strategies Root-cause approaches You enjoy actually solving problems, not just managing symptoms You want to be part of a team that thinks differently You’re energized by working with motivated clients (not insurance-driven volume) What Makes This Role Different You’ll have time to think and actually help people You’ll work in a cash-based, premium environment You’ll be part of a true multidisciplinary team You’ll see real transformations, not just incremental changes You won’t be stuck inside rigid protocols—you’ll help create them Final Thought Most healthcare is stuck treating symptoms.
