About The Position

Role Overview Shape Wellness, Engagement, and the Dining Experience for a Global Corporate Partner Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Registered Dietitian & Marketing Director to support our on‑site food program and lead all marketing and engagement initiatives for a major corporate client. This is a unique role that blends nutrition expertise , creative storytelling , and strategic brand experience —ideal for someone who is passionate about wellness, communication, and elevating the workplace dining journey. Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required.
  • Experience in childcare, community nutrition, wellness programming, or similar environments.
  • Strong marketing, communications, or brand‑engagement experience—ideally within corporate services, hospitality, education, or healthcare.
  • Ability to translate nutrition science into accessible, engaging content for families and employees.
  • Creative thinking and strong writing skills, with the ability to develop compelling content across multiple channels.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively with childcare teams, culinary staff, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Passion for child wellness, community engagement, and creating meaningful experiences.
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee nutritious, age‑appropriate menus that meet regulatory standards and support healthy child development.
  • Collaborate with childcare staff, parents, and culinary teams to ensure meals are appealing, balanced, and aligned with wellness goals.
  • Provide guidance on allergies, special diets, and nutrition education for families and staff.
  • Lead all marketing, communications, and engagement strategies for the dining program, including digital content, signage, campaigns, and on‑site activations.
  • Create compelling messaging that highlights program excellence, promotes participation, and strengthens the overall brand experience.
  • Partner with culinary, operations, and client teams to develop campaigns that drive awareness, excitement, and connection.
  • Support events, wellness initiatives, and community‑building activities across the campus.
