We are seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to join our team at the College of New Jersey in Ewing Township, NJ. Sodexo has proudly partnered with this vibrant campus for over 35 years, serving a diverse community of 6,000 students across multiple dining venues including two large dining halls, a sports bar concept and restaurant, and retail concepts. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student health and wellness while collaborating directly with talented chefs on menu development and nutrition education. Reimbursement for Academy dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal Money toward continuing education events Up to $5,000 tuition reimbursement annually Serve as the on-campus Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, providing individualized nutrition counseling to students, athletes, and coaching staff Coordinate daily allergy meal review with the allergen chef and manage approximately 18–20 allergy meals per day Maintain a visible, campus-wide presence across dining venues including Eickhoff Dining Hall, Lions Den, and retail locations Plan and deliver nutrition education programming including tabling events and demonstrations focused on healthy snacking and hydration Collaborate with chefs, the General Manager, and the marketing team on menu development and weekend wellness presentations Support special dietary needs through allergen-friendly grab-and-go and vegan options At Sodexo, our purpose is to create a better everyday for everyone and build a better life for all.
