About The Position

Registered Dietician - Part time Position! Dulles Health & Rehab located in Herndon, VA is looking for a part time Registered Dietician to join their team and Provides consultation to the health care team to ensure efficient and effective nutrition care of patients. Participates in ongoing process improvement activities within the Department of Food and Nutrition Services and the center. Functions as expert in the area of clinical nutrition and maintains a customer-service, patient-centered approach.

Requirements

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association in good standing.
• Completed an internship or practical work experience that includes rotation in long term care.
• Ability to communicate and deal tactfully with employees, residents, families, visitors, and others.
• Demonstrated excellence in leadership skills, customer service and nutrition clinical skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and alternative schedules, if needed.
