Complete Smiles Redwood is a happy, family-focused dental practice led by Dr. Sommerville. We’re seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our close-knit, low-turnover team. Our practice prioritizes teamwork, patient-centered care, and a positive, collaborative environment. Requirements
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist license
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and excellent patient communication
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Nice To Haves
- Experience with advanced dental technology (CEREC, SprintRay, CBCT)
- Interest in expanding skills in a modern, growing dental practice
Responsibilities
- Perform professional dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and home-care routines
- Support dentists chairside as needed during procedures and exams
- Take digital X-rays, impressions, and scans when required
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care and smooth workflow
