Requirements
- Active Indiana Dental Hygienist License
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Provide thorough preventive and periodontal care
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing as needed
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
- Conduct patient assessments including periodontal charting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
- Support patients in understanding their oral health and treatment needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Follow infection control and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with the doctor and team to ensure excellent patient care and efficient scheduling
- Help create a comfortable and positive patient experience
