About The Position

Our patient-centric organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. You will be an essential part of our integrated care model, focusing on delivering excellence in patient care and contributing to a supportive, inter-disciplinary environment. We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. This is a fully onsite position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Dental Hygienist License (R.D.H.) in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Ability to work with a diverse patient population.
  • Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Certified in Administration of Local Anesthetic (in accordance with respective State guidelines).
  • Working knowledge of Spanish language (bilingual).

Responsibilities

  • Provide dental prophylaxis (cleanings) and scaling and root planning.
  • Offer comprehensive preventive instruction to patients.
  • Establish and oversee patient recall adherence and appointing.
  • Document initial periodontal conditions and monitor them at recall appointments.
  • Report suspected pathologies to the supervising dentist.
  • Manage supply inventory and complete prior authorizations for periodontal services.
  • Compile data for reports as assigned and attend periodic continuing education seminars.

  • Pay Rate: $39/hour - $49/hour (depending on experience).
