Let's Talk Money (Transparently) Base Pay: $49-$53/hour based on experience Performance Bonuses - Stack these up: +$2/hour when you average 2 cleanings per half hour (monthly) +$2/hour for your entire week when you pick up an extra shift +$2/hour when you help at our other locations Overtime: Four-day team members earn time and half on their fifth day (yes, up to $88.50/hour!). Real talk: A hygienist working their regular schedule and hitting performance goals consistently earns $55-57/hour. Pick up occasional extra shifts? Even more! Requirements

Current RDH license in New York
Passion for pediatric care (we'll train you on our systems!)
Team player who thrives in collaboration
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids

Nice To Haves

Nitrous certification (extra $1/hour to your base!)
