About The Position

The company is adding a Registered Dental Hygienist to their Marlton team, offering a schedule designed for work/life balance based on team feedback. The role emphasizes a patient-first culture, clinical autonomy, and a reliable paycheck. The schedule involves working Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:00am–7:30pm, and a rotating Friday or Saturday from 7:30am–2:00pm (with weekend shifts paid at double time). Each day includes a paid 1-hour lunch, resulting in 3-day weekends twice a month. Employees work approximately 31.5 hours per week but are paid for 38 hours per week. The position offers a private-practice feel with the backing of a larger group, providing modern technology, stable schedules, and coverage. Requirements

• Active (or pending) NJ RDH license
