Requirements
- Active North Carolina RDH license
- Proficiency in periodontal care, assessments, and digital radiographs
- Experience with dental software (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Experience with DenticonPMS is a plus
- Experience with CBCT, digital scanning, or advanced imaging
- Strong case acceptance and patient motivation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive and periodontal care including prophies, SRP, perio maintenance, local anesthesia, and nitrous (if certified)
- Perform periodontal charting, radiographs, assessments, and co-diagnosis with the doctor
- Maintain accurate digital charting and documentation
- Educate patients on oral health, perio disease, and home care
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient experiences
- Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control standards
