About The Position

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the overall dental team. You’ll work closely with Dentists to provide high-quality preventative care and help patients maintain optimal oral health. You bring attention to detail, a passion for patient education, and a commitment to promoting lifelong dental health.

Requirements

• Oklahoma Dental Hygiene license (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Accelerated hygiene experience a plus
• Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Fuse, Open Dental, or similar systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing of teeth
• Take, develop, and accurately process dental x-rays
• Document evaluations of oral health conditions and the extent of prophylaxis on patient charts to aid Dentists in diagnosis and treatment planning
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Reinforce the Dentist’s treatment plans by providing supportive care and guidance
• Foster a comfortable and positive experience for patients of all ages
