About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our pediatric dental team in Middletown, OH. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality preventive dental care and educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health.

Requirements

Current and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Ohio.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures.
Conduct oral health assessments and screenings.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
Educate patients and their caregivers on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in dental records.
Collaborate with dentists and other team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
Maintain infection control and safety protocols in compliance with regulatory standards.
Assist with patient scheduling and follow-up care as needed.
