Requirements
- Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Friendly, compassionate, and professional chairside manner
- Ability to work efficiently while providing excellent patient care
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dental software and digital X-rays preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Take and review dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Assess oral health and document findings
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment plans
- Assist dentists with exams and identify potential dental concerns
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure all procedures follow infection control and sterilization protocols
