About The Position
The Cooper Health System has recently established Cooper University Dental Health, a comprehensive dental care program located on the campus of Cooper University Hospital at the Center for Comprehensive Health, 3 Cooper Plaza in Camden, NJ. This center is a multidisciplinary health facility that has a strong and well-established reputation for state-of-the-art patient care, now including comprehensive oral health services such as general dentistry, dental hygiene, and outpatient oral surgery. We are seeking a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional hygiene care to our patients. As a Dental Hygienist, you will collaborate with dentists, dental assistants, and office administrators to manage patient appointments and provide customized care for each patient. Your role will involve performing technical skills for oral health and educating patients on maintaining their oral health. You will perform a range of dental treatments, maintain dental equipment, and ensure that patients feel comfortable during their dental procedures. This position is crucial in promoting oral health and ensuring a positive experience for patients at our facility. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish, are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will be proficient with computer dental software platforms, and experience with EPIC Wisdom is a plus. Training will be provided for the specific dental software used by Cooper University Health Care.
