About The Position

North Dental Professionals is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. North Dental Professionals 5953 N. Milwaukee Ave Chicago 60646 4905 Old Orchard Ctr. Ste 535 Skokie 60077 Schedule: Mon 8:30am-5pm Tues 7:30am-5pm Wed 7:30am-5pm Thurs 8:30am-5pm Fri 7:30am - 1pm 1 Saturday per month 7:30am -2pm Compensation: $40-60+ /hr plus uncapped hygiene incentive plan Bright Direction Dental is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health and well-being of our employees. Requirements

  • Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Illinois
  • Anesthetic Certification
  • Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
  • CPR Certification
  • Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
  • Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
  • Integrity-focused work ethic
