Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during dental procedures
• Break down and set up operatories
• Sterilize dental instruments and maintain lab area

• Keep supplies stocked and organized
• Answer phones and take messages
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the office
• Prepare operatories for patient treatment as per dental provider's directions
• Take and confirm dental radiographs as ordered
• Place sealants and varnishes
• Follow OSHA infection control guidelines and policies
• Perform independent procedures as directed by the dentist
