Requirements

Active RDA license and current CPR certification
Strong initiative, consistency, calm under pressure, one-team mentality
Great communication skills
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
Positive Attitude is a MUST

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of experience in implant, cosmetic, and digital dentistry environments (not a must, but desirable)
Bilingual is preferred
Proficiency with digital scanners (iTero) and CAD systems (3D printers)
Ideal Certifications: Coronal Polishing, EFDA, N2O, and Radiology
Knowledge of Dentrix sfotware

Responsibilities

Strong support with Four-handed dentistry in restorative procedures and implant placements, oral surgery, and composite bonding
Acquire and process digital radiographs and intraoral scans; assist with Chairside CAD/CAM
Fabricate and adjust provisional restorations; manage instrument setup and sterilization
Educate patients on existing oral disease, treatment recommendations, digital workflows, and post-operative care
Assisting a hygienist
Patient education
Handing off patients to doctors and the front office team
