Requirements
- Active Texas RDA license required
- Minimum 2 years of RDA experience required
- Warm, professional chairside manner
- Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy
- Reliable, flexible, and team-focused
Nice To Haves
- Radiology certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during general dental procedures including composites, extractions, and hygiene support
- Prepare operatories and ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready before each appointment
- Take digital X-rays and perform other clinical duties within your scope of practice
- Build genuine rapport with patients and help them feel at ease from the moment they arrive
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
- Partner with the front desk team to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Follow all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
