Requirements
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification as required by state.
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred (pediatric experience a plus).
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with children and families.
- Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred (pediatric experience a plus).
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and treatments.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
- Take dental radiographs and assist with patient records and documentation.
- Provide a positive, comforting experience for children and their families.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain cleanliness of operatories.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
