How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead surgical readiness by preparing and setting up complex environments in both office and hospital operating rooms, ensuring every procedure starts with precision. Support patient safety by closely monitoring those undergoing general anesthesia or IV sedation, providing a vigilant second set of eyes for the surgical team. Empower patient recovery by translating post-operative care instructions into clear, actionable guidance that helps patients manage their healing journey at home. Advocate for clinical success by serving as the vital communication link between the patient and the surgeon, ensuring any recovery concerns are addressed immediately. Maintain operational excellence by managing specialized surgical equipment, ensuring every tool is in peak working order for the next life-changing procedure.
