About The Position
Exciting things are happening in Yellville! Our dental clinic expansion is nearing completion , and Boston Mountain Rural Health Center is building a stronger, larger dental team to serve our growing community. We are now accepting applications for a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join us as we open the doors to our newly expanded space. Requirements
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license preferred (On-the-job training available to obtain RDA licensure — experience required)
- Current CPR Certification
- Nitrous Oxide certification (class + exam with passing grade)
- Prophy certification (class + exam with passing grade)
- X-ray certification (class + exam with passing grade)
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Minimum of two professional references from previous employer
- Dependable, team-oriented professional who brings positivity, skill, and compassion to the dental chair every day
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures with efficiency and professionalism
- Provide exceptional chairside support and patient care
- Take and process dental radiographs
- Support nitrous oxide monitoring and preventive procedures
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient
