About The Position
AvaMed Inc is a Healthcare Staffing Agency that staffs all of California State Correctional Facilities. At the moment we are in URGENT need of a Registered Dental Assistant to take on a Full-Time assignment at the correctional facility located in Imperial, CA. Position Details: (Multiple Openings) 40 Hours per week Location: Imperial, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45am-3:45pm (Orientation 2 weeks) Rate: $28/hr ($1,120/week) Must have a Registered Dental Assistant License issued by the California State Board of Dental. Must have 1 Full-Year Experience as a Licensed Registered Dental Assistant. Job Description: Under the direction of the Supervising Dentist, Supervising Dental Assistant, Dental Health Program Manager III, or designee, for purposes of this Agreement, the designee must be a civil service employee. The Supervising Dentist or designee provides professional oversight and the Supervising Dental Assistant has administrative responsibility for services rendered. Minimum requirements and services to be provided by the Registered Dental Assistant and the dental assistant under this Agreement are defined by Section 1740-1777 of the California Dental Practice Act.
Requirements
- Must have a Registered Dental Assistant License issued by the California State Board of Dental.
- Must have 1 Full-Year Experience as a Licensed Registered Dental Assistant.
