About The Position
BLVD Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Richmond, TX. The ideal candidate is reliable, patient-focused, and skilled in chairside assisting in a fast-paced dental environment.
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Radiology certification
- Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of EagleSoft dental software is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Assist Hygiene as needed
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for appointments
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Take dental X-rays (as certified)
- Take digital impressions
- Educate patients on procedures and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment
