About The Position
Hill Country Dental Center is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team of dental professionals in Boerne, TX ! We offer the community a wide range of dental services and strive to create positive and stress-free experiences for our patients. The best individual for this role is a self-starter who is motivated and has an outstanding chairside manner. If this sounds like you and you meet our qualifications below, we want to hear from you! Up to $1,000 Sign-on Bonus! Schedule Full-time Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm Fridays, 8 am - 1 pm
Requirements
- Texas RDA license is required
- 2+ years of prior hands-on dental assisting experience
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft software
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Energetic and flexible
- Must be a team player
- Manage multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through
- Able to understand and communicate dental/orthodontic terminology
- Strong computer skills, required
- Exhibit sound judgment
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Work well in a fast-paced, pressure-oriented environment
