About The Position
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at our general dental office located near Bulverde, TX. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our Dentist chairside and ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow in our practice. Our office is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients while fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including preparing and sterilizing dental instruments, assisting the dentist during examinations and procedures, and ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, scheduling appointments, and educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. We are looking for someone who is well-organized, reliable, and has a keen attention to detail. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist in training and mentoring new dental assistants or staff members, contributing to a positive team dynamic.
