About The Position

The Registered Dental Assistant at Southside Children's Dental Center plays a crucial role in providing support within the Pediatric & General Dental department. This position requires a detail-oriented and outgoing individual who can make patients feel comfortable during their visits. The role involves processing patients, taking vital signs, x-rays, and health histories, as well as preparing them for examinations. The assistant will work closely with the operative dental teams and the oral surgeon in a busy multi-specialty practice that has served the San Antonio community for over 35 years.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• RDA Certification is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in dental assisting is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus.
