With 12 operatories, 3 doctors, and a strong clinical and administrative team, we work together to ensure an exceptional experience for every patient. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to provide clinical support and contribute to the efficiency of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, values teamwork, and is committed to patient care.
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Current CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
- Perform coronal polishing and apply sealants
- Take dental impressions and fabricate temporary crowns
- Capture and process dental X-rays
- Prepare and seat patients, ensuring comfort and readiness for treatment
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Maintain operatory cleanliness and organization
- Assist with clinical workflow and support the dental team as needed
