  • Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
  • Current X-ray certification (CA)
  • Coronal polish and sealant certification
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Knowledge of sterilization procedures and OSHA compliance

Nice To Haves

  • Specialty experience (Orthodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Pediatrics) is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • PREPARE TREATMENT ROOMS AND STERILIZE INSTRUMENTS ACCORDING TO OSHA STANDARDS
  • ASSIST DENTISTS DURING GENERAL AND SPECIALTY PROCEDURES (INCLUDING ORTHO, ORAL SURGERY, ETC.)
  • TAKE, DEVELOP, AND PROCESS DENTAL X-RAYS
  • MAINTAIN ACCURATE PATIENT RECORDS, CHARTING, AND DOCUMENTATION
  • EDUCATE PATIENTS ON ORAL HYGIENE AND POST-TREATMENT CARE
  • ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH INFECTION CONTROL AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
  • MANAGE OPERATORY FLOW AND SUPPORT EFFICIENCY IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT
  • COLLABORATE WITH FRONT AND BACK-OFFICE TEAMS TO DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL PATIENT CARE
  • BE A KEY PART OF CREATING A POSITIVE PATIENT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH
  • TAKE INITIATIVE TO LEARN NEW SKILLS AND ASSIST ACROSS MULTIPLE SPECIALTIES
  • PARTICIPATE IN MENTORING PROGRAMS TO GROW YOUR CLINICAL EXPERTISE AND ADVANCE YOUR CAREER
