About The Position
As our RDA, you will work directly with our pediatric dentists to assist with a variety of dental procedures and help our young patients have a pleasant experience each time they visit.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License and certification.
- Successful completion of the initial online assessment provided during the application process.
- Availability to work some weekends
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of behavior modification techniques and child psychology is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring efficient workflow and patient comfort.
- Educate parents and children about proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits, making learning engaging and accessible.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, strictly adhering to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Perform coronal polishing and fluoride treatments as needed to support preventive care.
- Provide post-treatment instructions to patients and parents, ensuring they understand aftercare recommendations.
