Requirements

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of employment.
• Radiology certification as required by state law.
• BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire).
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
• Good judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous oral surgery experience.
• DAANCE certification.
• Experience with electronic health records or digital charting.
• IV sedation or anesthesia monitoring experience.
