About The Position

The position involves assisting the dentist at chair side, employing the latest concept of four-handed dentistry. The role requires a Registered Dental Assistant to support dental procedures and ensure patient comfort during treatments.

Requirements

• High school graduate or General Education Development (GED) Certificate equivalency.
• Registered Dental Assistant license issued by the Dental Board of California.
• No minimum experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (Entry Level).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant I.
• Current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Computer skills in electronic health record systems and database systems.
• Fluency in English (speak, read and write).
• Fluency in Spanish (speak, translate, read and write) required.
• Current California driver’s license with appropriate insurance coverage acceptable to the NEVHC’s insurance carrier.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
