About The Position

At Brave Health, we are looking for full-time Associate Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program. Our mission is to transform lives by expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care. We are dedicated to ensuring that no one is left behind, especially those who receive healthcare through Medicaid. Our team works 100% remotely from their own homes, allowing for flexibility and convenience in providing care.

Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
• Meets background/regulatory requirements

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in other languages
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services through telehealth
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Utilize technology for telehealth software and communication
• Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals
