About The Position

At Brave Health, we are looking for full-time Associate Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program. Our mission is to transform lives by expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care. We are dedicated to ensuring that no one is left behind, especially those who receive healthcare through Medicaid. Our team works 100% remotely from their own homes, allowing for flexibility and convenience in providing care.

Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure in mental health.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Meets background and regulatory requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Comfortable with utilizing technology throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services through telehealth.
• Utilize telehealth software and video communication tools effectively.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning.
• Work in partnership with clients to achieve their mental health goals.
